Guidelines for submitting original and creative contributions for the Souvenir / Commemorative Volume of Prabhat Kumar College, Contai.
প্রভাত কুমার কলেজ, কাঁথির শতবর্ষ উপলক্ষে প্রকাশিতব্য স্মারকগ্রন্থ / স্মারক প্রকাশনার জন্য মৌলিক ও সৃজনশীল লেখা জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশিকা।
Invitation for Contributions
লেখা জমা দেওয়ার আমন্ত্রণ
On the auspicious occasion of the Centenary Celebration, Prabhat Kumar College, Contai is going to bring out a Souvenir / Commemorative Volume.
Original and creative contributions are invited for publication in this special volume. Contributors are requested to follow the submission guidelines carefully.
শতবর্ষ উদ্যাপনের শুভ উপলক্ষে প্রভাত কুমার কলেজ, কাঁথি একটি স্মারকগ্রন্থ / স্মারক প্রকাশনা প্রকাশ করতে চলেছে।
এই বিশেষ প্রকাশনার জন্য মৌলিক ও সৃজনশীল লেখা আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে। লেখক ও অবদানকারীদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে নির্দেশিকাগুলি মনোযোগ সহকারে অনুসরণ করতে।
Basic Guidelines
সাধারণ নির্দেশিকা
- All submissions must be made in soft or electronic form.
- Hard copies will not be accepted.
- Handwritten manuscripts will not be accepted.
- Submissions should be emailed to souvenir@pkcollegecontai.ac.in.
- The volume will be bilingual: Bengali and English.
- Please use clear and grammatically correct language.
- সমস্ত লেখা সফট / ইলেকট্রনিক ফর্মে জমা দিতে হবে।
- হার্ড কপি গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
- হাতে লেখা পাণ্ডুলিপি গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
- লেখা souvenir@pkcollegecontai.ac.in ইমেলে পাঠাতে হবে।
- স্মারকগ্রন্থটি দ্বিভাষিক হবে: বাংলা ও ইংরেজি।
- স্পষ্ট ও ব্যাকরণগতভাবে সঠিক ভাষা ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
Important / গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: Image files or image-to-PDF files are not acceptable as manuscript submissions. পাণ্ডুলিপি হিসেবে ছবি অথবা ছবি থেকে তৈরি PDF গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

Formatting Guidelines

Bio-note Requirements
লেখকের সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচিতি
- Full name of the contributor.
- Period of study in the college.
- Contact number, preferably WhatsApp number.
- Email address.
- Brief author bio within 50–100 words.
- Recent passport-size photograph may be attached optionally.
- লেখক / অবদানকারীর পূর্ণ নাম।
- কলেজে অধ্যয়নের সময়কাল।
- যোগাযোগ নম্বর, সম্ভব হলে WhatsApp নম্বর।
- ইমেল ঠিকানা।
- ৫০–১০০ শব্দের মধ্যে লেখকের সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচিতি।
- সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি ঐচ্ছিকভাবে সংযুক্ত করা যেতে পারে।
Originality and Acknowledgement
মৌলিকতা ও স্বীকৃতি
- All submissions must be the author’s original work.
- Proper acknowledgement must be given for any quotations.
- Proper acknowledgement must be given for any references used.
- সমস্ত লেখা লেখকের নিজস্ব মৌলিক রচনা হতে হবে।
- কোনো উদ্ধৃতি ব্যবহার করলে যথাযথ স্বীকৃতি দিতে হবে।
- কোনো তথ্যসূত্র ব্যবহার করলে যথাযথ উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
Editorial Rights
সম্পাদনা-সংক্রান্ত অধিকার
- The Editorial Committee reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, formatting, and length.
- Acceptance of submissions is at the sole discretion of the Editorial Committee.
- Submission of a contribution does not guarantee publication.
- সম্পাদকমণ্ডলী প্রয়োজন অনুসারে লেখা ভাষা, ব্যাকরণ, ফরম্যাট ও দৈর্ঘ্যের দিক থেকে সম্পাদনা করতে পারবেন।
- লেখা গ্রহণের সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্পাদকমণ্ডলীর বিবেচনার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
- লেখা জমা দিলেই তা প্রকাশিত হবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা নেই।

By submitting your work, you confirm the following declarations before the Souvenir Editorial Committee.
- The submitted work is original.
জমাকৃত লেখা মৌলিক। - The work does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.
লেখাটি কোনো কপিরাইট বা মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করে না। - The contributor grants permission to publish the work in print and/or digital formats with due acknowledgement.
লেখক যথাযথ স্বীকৃতিসহ মুদ্রিত এবং/অথবা ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে লেখা প্রকাশের অনুমতি প্রদান করছেন।
